Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Eve. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both our guests and our team.

1. Booking Policy

  • Reservations can be made directly through our website, phone, or via third-party travel platforms.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID(passport, Aadhaar or driving license; PAN and Voters ID is not accepted) must be presented at check-in.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payment Policy

•To confirm a booking, the full payment is required at the time of reservation.
•Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other approved methods.
•Balance payments, if applicable, must be settled at check-in or check-out.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flexible Policy:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 – 24 hours of check-inwill be charged one night’s stay.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund.
  • Peak Season / Holiday Periods(December, New Year, festive weekends):
    • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working daysthrough the original mode of payment.

4. Check-in & Check-out Policy

•Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
•Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
•Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5. Occupancy Policy

  • Room tariffs are based on double occupancy. Extra guests may incur an additional fee.
  • Maximum occupancy per room is limited for safety reasons.

6. House Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we request guests to kindly observe the following:
•Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms will be fined.
•Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
•Noise levels must be kept low, especially after 10:00 PM.
•Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss/theft of valuables.
•Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible individual.

7. Child & Pet Policy

  • Children are welcome; however, parents/guardians are responsible for their supervision.
  • Pets are not allowed.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The hotel shall not be held responsible for:
    • Delays, cancellations, or modifications due to natural calamities, government regulations, or events beyond our control.
    • Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the stay.
  • Guests are advised to have valid travel and health insurance.

9. Health & Safety

  • Guests must comply with local health and safety regulations (including COVID-19 guidelines, if applicable).
  • Swimming pool/rooftop (if applicable) must be used at guests’ own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website and applicable to all bookings thereafter.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Ernakulam district.
